Robert Crum Photography, Tampa photographer artist in Tampa Bay Florida, captured last year's gala event, the Gasparilla Night Parade, for which Tampa is famous. In this 24x36 painting he captured the crowd, the lights, the phenomena in historic Ybor City. The color & energy is fabulous & you can almost smell the sensations of the night.
